Justin
P. Brake, Esquire, attended the University of Maine where he received
his B.A. in History in 1999. He attended Roger Williams University
School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island, receiving his law degree
in 2003. While attending Roger Williams Law School, he interned
with the Superior Court of Rhode Island in Providence. From 2003-2004
he was employed as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Walter L. Marshall,
Jr., J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division,
Gloucester County. He worked almost exclusively on criminal matters
while clerking for Judge Marshall. He is an associate attorney with
the Law Offices of Charles H. Nugent, Jr., in Marlton, New Jersey,
focusing on the representation of clients in personal injury matters
and criminal defense. He is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania
bars.
